Run Greece is one of Greece's leading athletic events, held annually in various cities by SEGAS. It is a celebration of sports and culture, attracting thousands of runners and visitors from all over the country.
Wapp designed and developed a custom website to promote Run Greece and all the essential information for runners.
Through the website we created, visitors can find detailed information about the event and the racecourses, select the city of their choice and register for the respective match through a register for the race via a user-friendly registration process, and stay informed about race updates. Additionally, the website provides information for volunteers and access to results of previous races.
The website’s design incorporates responsive web design technologies, ensuring seamless navigation on any device—mobile phones, tablets, laptops, or desktops. This guarantees a consistent and engaging user experience across all platforms.
Additionally, significant emphasis was placed on implementing SEO strategies. Each page is optimized via the content management system to provide essential information to search engines, ensuring better visibility and higher rankings in search results.
