The real estate agency “BLUE EDEN” was created in 2006 on the beach of Loutsa Preveza with the purpose of exclusive management of real estate of country house. The creation of Pargaestate.com is a continuation of 10+ years of success in Real Estate in the region in effort to provide better management and visibility for the properties of Parga.
We created a modern dynamic website with a user friendly environment. The website provides information about the profile of the company, the services it offers and the properties available for sale.
We dealt with the creation of SEO friendly environment to promote effectively the website on the internet.
At the website we embedded wapp's content management system, in order to allow for easy management of the real estate's properties and services.
Visitors of the website can see photos and videos of Parga and look for a property they are interested in by type or area. Subsequently, they can view its full features and specifications and express their interest in buying it. Property’s exact location can be found though interactive Google Maps.
The development of the website was based on responsive web design technologies, so that the website can adapt on different screen sizes of mobile phones, tablets, notebook and desktop computers. This way all website visitors have the same user experience, regardless of how they access it.
